Meet the Care Team
Larry Wilkes
MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, WCS-C
Larry is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades in nursing — from the MICU at the University of Chicago to long-term care, home-based primary care, and outpatient psychiatry.
His practice spans in-office visits, telehealth, in-home medicine, and skilled nursing facilities. Day to day that means primary and chronic care, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, psychotherapy, weight and metabolic health, and care coordination for patients with complex needs.
